Tracking Daily Impact of Generalized Myasthenia Gravis using Smartphone-Based Digital Biomarkers: Lessons Learned from a 1-Year Study with ME&MGopen

At the AAN annual meeting in April 2025 in San Diego, USA, we presented for the first time the results of the ME&MGopen study, aimed at improving understanding of generalized myasthenia gravis.

The study remotely monitored patients for one year and assessed their symptoms using disease-specific digital biomarkers.

Our results confirm the potential benefits of using our app and its value in assessing symptoms.
