This index, calculated out of 100 points, is made up of 4 indicators: the pay gap, the gap in the distribution of individual pay rises, the number of female employees given a raise on their return from maternity leave, and gender balance among the 10 highest-paid employees.
This result reflects our day-to-day commitments and the priority we place on professional equality between women and men within our company. Our ambition is to keep making progress on these issues of diversity and professional equality between women and men.
