MSCopilot® digital biomarkers obtained in a real-world setting correlated with their clinical counterparts in the MS-DETECT study
At RASEN in November 2025 in Seville, Spain, we presented MS-DETECT, an international study evaluating MSCopilot®, a digital monitoring medical device for multiple sclerosis. The Interim analysis of 243 patients shows that digital biomarkers, assessing walking, visual acuity, cognition, and dexterity, correlate significantly with clinical scores MSFC-4 (the Multiple Sclerosis Functional Composite with its 4 Components) and EDSS (Expanded Disability Status Scale). Self-administered home tests confirm the feasibility of remote monitoringand the potential for detecting symptom progression.
